Claims & Returns If a problem is encountered with an order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may be returned within 5 days. Returns require a return authorization number. Returns should be sent by mail with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Collect shipments will not be accepted. If returning goods from outside Canada, indicate on the carton that it is a returned item to avoid duty being charged. The shipping costs for returned goods will be reimbursed by H.A. Unit 68AP Toronto, Ontario, Canada M1P 3E6 CUSTOM LASER ENGRAVED BUCKLES Laser engraved buckles are available for club and corporate events. The minimum order for laser engraved buckles is 25 pieces. A set up charge of $50.00 is required. For orders of 50 pieces or more, the set up charge is waived. Graphic artwork is to be sent electronically in high resolution format, .EPS or Adobe Illustrator. If high resolution artwork is not available, it may be created for a minimum charge of $75.00 (to be confirmed). Artwork proofs (image of graphic on selected buckle) will be forwarded to the customer for approval. Please allow 45 days from the receipt of artwork approval.
